Reverend Carol Milligan

Founder and President of Carol Milligan Ministries, Inc.

Reverend Carol is an ordained Christian minister who serves as an evangelist, teacher, mentor, and life skills coach. She is a native of Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, the proud mother of three adult sons and sixteen grandchildren.

Rev. Carol's highest aspiration is to use the gifts God has given her to glorify Him and
let the world know that Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation. The three words
most used to describe her are charisma, courage, and compassion.

She is the founder of Carol Milligan Ministries, an evangelistic teaching and preaching ministry that serves incarcerated youth, nursing home residents, hospice patients, and victims of violence. The ministry also partners with other ministries to assist with community needs as well as domestic and international missionary
initiatives. Rev. Carol has also had the privilege of ministering in Manchester and Birmingham, England.

In addition to her years of ministry experience, she is a retired registered nurse with earned degrees in nursing, community ministry, and a master's degree in organizational leadership. Rev. Carol can also be live-streamed weekly on PCTV Comcast channel 21 and joined in intercessory prayer every Monday through Friday morning.
